How to use
Anxiety Ease: Apply to pulse points, neck, wrists, temples (especially where you can breathe it in). Use anytime the feeling of anxiety arises or you would like to promote a relaxed state of mind.
Sleep Well: Apply to pulse points and under nose to promote a good night's rest. (6 months of age and up)
Breathe Easy: Apply to chest and under nose as needed.
